Automating Government Workflows, starting with FOIA
GovGuard is building AI agents that automate government workflows, starting with FOIA requests. Today, public records teams still spend hours searching for responsive records and applying redactions. Many offices still redact sensitive information line by line with a sharpie. Local governments spend billions processing these requests, and if a city misses a legal deadline, it can be sued for failing to comply with public records law.
